Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose. Last updated 1 March 2026.

About this service

EverHome Energy is an independent introducer service. We provide educational content and, when requested, introduce homeowners to MCS-accredited local installers. Any installation contract is between you and your chosen installer — we are not party to that agreement.

Information accuracy

Our guides and home-check outputs are intended as guidance, not as a formal survey or financial advice. Generation, savings and payback figures are estimates based on industry norms; actual performance depends on your specific property, energy use and chosen hardware.

Your use of the site

  • Provide accurate information when you ask to be matched with an installer
  • Don't use the site to send unsolicited marketing or scrape content
  • Don't attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site

Our installer network

We vet installers before they join the network and review them on an ongoing basis (see Our installers). However, the contractual and warranty obligations sit with the installer you choose to work with. We're not liable for the actions of installers, but we will help mediate disputes where we can.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverHome Energy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from installations carried out by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
